Q.No.2.11: - Two vectors have unequal magnitudes. Can their sum be zero? Explain.
Ans: - No, the sum of two unequal vectors cannot be zero. Two vectors of unequal magnitudes can never be combined to give zero resultant whatever the orientation may be. However, the sum of two vectors can be zero if both of them are equal and in opposite directions
